The Founders
Sebastian Krautwald
Sebastian Krautwald studied law and psychology in Kassel, Marburg and Frankfurt. After completing his combined bachelor’s degree in Kassel, he completed occupational safety training in Mannheim and has been working as a consultant in this field since 2012.
At the same time, he studied law in Marburg and Frankfurt. He was recruited by a management consultancy and advised companies of all sizes, from small businesses to corporations and banks, especially with regard to human resources matters such as occupational health and safety.
Dr. Stephan Waßmuth
Human physicians in Hesse. He worked as an emergency doctor and trained as a company doctor on the advice of Sebastian Krautwald.
