The purpose of this regulation is to keep a constant eye on the health and safety of your employees and, if necessary, to take corrective action in good time.
The most important facts about the ASA at a glance:
- Mandatory for organizations with more than 20 employees, with part-time employees with up to 20 hours per week included in the calculation at 0.5, part-time employees with up to 30 hours per week at 0.75.
- Consists of the employer or a representative, two members of the works council, the company doctor, the occupational safety specialist and the safety officer (§ 22 SGB VII).
- Must meet quarterly and record the work.
